During this phase, we’ll equip you with all the necessary tools and technology, ensuring you’re fully prepared to hit the ground running.

With your toolkit in hand, we’ll guide you through your first steps as part of our team. You’ll start applying what you’ve learned in training on a real case, supported by our experienced colleagues.

Finally, you’ll become someone’s 1stCall, with a lead provided to you. This is where you start putting your skills into practice and begin building a thriving client base for yourself.
